Limited Slots · First-Come–First-Served – Assume that we are already ~90 % committed to existing clients; new retainer work is scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

  • Async-First Collaboration – e.g. Slack, email, Loom, and GitHub PRs. Live calls are capped at 2 hours per week per client to protect focus time.
  • Response SLA – Under 24 hours on business days; under 4 hours for tagged “urgent” items inside agreed core overlap (e.g. 09:00-13:00 UTC).
  • Retainer Deposit – 50% pre-paid at the start of each month secures the time slot; remainder invoiced month-end Net 15.
  • Unused Hours – Roll forward for 30 days, then expire (ensures predictable capacity).
  • Pause / Cancellation – 10-calendar-day written notice. Paused retainers reopen to other clients.
  • Rush Work – Requests inside 3 business days of kickoff incur a +25 % surge fee if capacity exists.IP & Confidentiality – All deliverables transfer in full upon payment; existing NDA applies.
